The Punjab Police was seen using strongarm tactics to stop people from attending the PM Narendra Modi rally in Ferozepur as BJP buses were attacked
Over the years, Punjab has turned into a land where terrorism and mayhem has been given a free run. The border state has been riddled with anti-national and Khalistani elements, ones which have been allowed to take over the state and unleash their terror.
The appalling state of security in Punjab came to the fore during PM Modi’s visit to it. Travelling by road to Ferozepur to inaugurate projects worth Rs.42,750, the PM had his cavalcade stopped with so called farmer protestors lining up the streets as the Punjab Police drank tea with them.

In a bid to guise its incompetence, the sitting Congress government in the state went onto mock the entire incident, claiming how the Prime Minister had orchestrated the entire incident owing to a low turnout at his rally. However, videos from the venue quashed that rhetoric in not time with people seen braving the inclement weather and turning up in numbers to throw their weight behind the PM.

Unfortunate Punjab Police cordially having Tea/Chai with Khalistani backed protesters who has blocked Hon'ble PM's path to a public rally. @ABVPNorthTN severely condemns this security lapse. @HMOIndia shall hold @CMOPb accountable.@ABVPVoice#PMModiSecurityBreach pic.twitter.com/FFCcqgrqxf

Videos have meanwhile also emerged on social media platforms of goons roaming the streets without fear and attacking buses carrying BJP workers. Footage has also surfaced of the Punjab Police refusing to allow supporters to move ahead and reach the location of the rally with the visuals alluding to a well thought out plan to ensure mayhem erupted on the streets ahead of the PM’s visit.
