Mohsin Ali Defended Himself
The video quickly gained traction, prompting a viewer to address Mohsin directly, stating, “Humanity comes first, Mohsin. You have engaged in domestic violence live. Respect your partner.”
In response, Mohsin defended himself, remarking, “When faced with distractions live, I wonder what kind of violence others may resort to. We’ve been married for 31 years. Perhaps you are younger than that. I respect my wife, which is why we’ve stayed together for three decades. This is not domestic violence.”
It’s worth noting that Mohsin Ali manages a YouTube channel called ‘Aap Ka Mohsin Ali,’ boasting over 100k subscribers.
On Thursday, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) announced its decision to part ways with Mohammad Hafeez, who had been serving as the Director of Cricket for the Pakistan men’s cricket team.
The PCB expressed sincere gratitude to Mohammad Hafeez for his invaluable contributions as the Director of the Pakistan men’s cricket team. They acknowledged his passion for the game, highlighting his inspirational influence on players, particularly during the tour of Australia and New Zealand.
The PCB extended best wishes to Hafeez for success in his future endeavors. Hafeez assumed the role of Director after the disappointing performance of the Pakistan team in the ICC World Cup 2023, where they failed to reach the semifinals, securing only four wins.
This outcome prompted significant changes in the leadership structure of the Pakistan cricket team. Following Babar Azam’s resignation from captaincy, Shan Masood and Shaheen Afridi were appointed as leaders for the Test and T20I formats, respectively.
The reshuffling also involved the relocation of Mickey Arthur, the former Director of Men’s Cricket, Grant Bradburn, the ex-head coach, and Andrew Puttick, the former batting coach, to the National Cricket Academy in Lahore. Subsequently, all three resigned from their respective positions.
Another noteworthy alteration in the Pakistani cricket setup was the termination of Haris Rauf’s central contract. The decision came after an investigation by the PCB into his reluctance to join the Test team for the recently concluded tour of Australia.
