In the women’s 60-meter hurdles at the Asian Indoor Athletics Championships in Tehran on Saturday, Jyothi broke the National Record to win gold on Day 1 and Harmilan Bains, a two-time silver medallist at the Asian Games, won India’s first gold in the women’s 1500m, clocking in at 4:29.55.
