It was bowlers day at Dubai International Stadium as no batsman reached 50 runs mark in the game. Indian bowlers put on a show as they bowled out Pakistan on 147 runs with 3 deliveries spare. Bhuvneshwar Kumar starred with the ball by picking 4 wickets and gave only 26 runs in his spell. He removed the world No.1 batsman Babar Azam on 10 runs with a surprise bouncer. Hardik Pandya and Arshdeep supported him well.

Former Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir heaped praise on man in form Hardik Pandya as he gave another man of the match performance. The Indian all-rounder picked up 3 crucial wickets as well as under pressure 33* off 17 deliveries.
