A distraught Nikita Mazepin was seen crying during his interview after crashing out of Q1 ahead of the Brazilian GP F1 2021

Nikita Mazepin crashing out of a qualifying session isn’t news anymore.

While he has managed to secure a seat at Haas for the Formula 1 2021 season owing to his wealthy father, Nikita clearly isn’t deserving of one. The Haas rookie has been abmysal, a driver who has failed to deliver anything of substance on the track.

Q1 at Sao Paulo wasn’t any different with Mazepin crashing out of the first qualifying session itself. However, unlike his typical reaction, Mazepin actually looked affected with his performance dismal with him going onto tell his team that he had screwed up in the radio.

Mazepin was dismayed long after as well as he stepped up for his interview. Visibly emotional, Mazepin was seen crying in video footage which has since gone viral. Mazepin will start Saturday’s sprint race in last place.

Mazepin was earlier last week thrown out of a nightclub in Mexico City after he had gotten involved in a feud with bouncers at the venue. At the Red Bull party, Mazepin managed to once again court controversy with him seen squabbling with security on location.

Maybe the incident was playing on the driver’s mind after he ended up making a meal of his qualifying session in Brazil. Maybe its finally time that the stark realisation has dawned upon Mazepin that it is high time he ditched his shenanigans if he is to have any kind of a career in the world of motorsports.
