The actor who rose to fame after appearing in Sinkhole, and Happiness K-drama has passed away at the age of 36 on Saturday, January 21, 2023.

The sudden death of the actor has left us all saddened and heartbroken. As per reports, the actor passed away when he was undergoing treatment for his health, which has worsened recently.

The tragic news of the actor’s demise was confirmed by Little Women’s co-star Kim Go Eun, who paid tribute to the late actor via her Instagram.

The 31-year-old actress called Chul as “the most wonderful actor.” While sharing a series of Chul’s pictures, the actress penned, “The most wonderful actor Na Chul. The most wonderful person, father, husband, son, friend Na Chul.”

In addition, the actress’ agency announced that they will be cancelling her airport fashion coverage. She is likely to be present at the actor’s funeral.

For those who are unfamiliar with the actor, let us remind you, Na Chul rose to fame after he debuted as a theatre actor back in 2010. Ever since then, he appeared in a number of South Korean films as well as television series.

The actor’s some of famous series includes, Vincenzo, Little Women, D.P., Happiness, Hospital Playlist 2, Forest of Secrets 2, Stranger 2, Jirisan, Weak Hero Class 1 among many more.

His most recent work is Weak Hero Class 1, in which the actor played the role of ‘Kim Gil Soo.’ He received positive feedback from critics as well as audiences for his performance in the series.

Some of his other notable television work includes SBS, How to Distinguish Voices, Once Upon A Small Town among many more.

The actor also appeared in a number of movies, some of them including Tylenol, Tune In For Love, Sinkhole and Extreme Job.

Na Chul’s funeral is scheduled to be held on January 23 at the Soonchunhyang University Hospital Funeral Home in Seoul.
