“Meri t-shirt hataake, paseena chaatega?” Shubman Gill terrible offer to Ishan Kishan video has gone viral

During the first of a two-match Test series against the West Indies that just ended in Roseau, India batter Shubman Gill and wicket-keeper batter Ishan Kishan took the pitch together for the first time in a Test match.

For a total of 115 overs over the course of the two innings as they shared the pitch, Gill and Kishan made several amusing on-field jokes that were captured on the stump mic.

Gill and Kishan are probably going to keep dazzling the crowds with their batting prowess and endearingly humorous friendship even though they give off the appearance of being the Indian cricket team’s mischievous duo in the presence of captain Rohit Sharma and previous captain Virat Kohli.

A recent viral video depicts Gill making a crude offer to Kishan while the two were fielding close to the batter, possibly in the second innings, at Windsor Park last week. This offer was not made public throughout the course of the game there.

Meri t-shirt hataake, paseena chaatega? [Will you remove my t-shirt and lick the sweat?],” Gill is heard inviting Kishan. “Pagal wagal hai kya? [Are you mad or what?],” Kishan reacts.

For those who don’t know, Gill and Kishan appear to have no plans to stop their humorous mischief-related friendship. Sharma disclosed their amusing pre-match routine during a post-match conversation they had earlier this year.

India only had the opportunity to bat once during the game, hence neither Gill (6) nor Kishan (1*) were able to score more than ten runs. In his maiden at bat as India’s new No. 3, Gill’s stay was only extended by 11 balls until he edged a delivery from Jomel Warrican to second slip.

Sharma signalled to Kishan from the dressing room to score his first run on his Test debut after the latter faced 19 dot balls. In the game, fielders Gill and Kishan made three and two catches, respectively. Readers should be aware that behind the stumps, Kishan had taken the place of wicketkeeper Srikar Bharat.
