For those unversed, James had a memorable weekend in Las Vegas, leading the LA Lakers to victory in the first NBA Cup held in Sin City. However, it appears that his weekend escapades extended beyond the basketball court.

A fan captured footage that seemingly showed James engaged in gambling within a private room at the Wynn hotel.
The video, reportedly taken on Friday before the final game on Saturday, depicts a fan attempting to approach James’ table, only to be halted by a vigilant security guard.
Guard Asks Fan to Delete the Video
The security guard Informs the fan that recording James while gambling is prohibited and requests him to delete the video. James, in response, suggests the guard check the fan’s recently deleted folder.
Despite the security measures, the fan managed to preserve the footage and shared it on social media, alleging that James had a substantial $1 million in chips on the gaming table.
LeBron James is no stranger to enjoying Las Vegas nightlife, frequently attending events and spending time at establishments like the Wynn Casino during the NBA Summer League.
There have been reports of James expressing interest in owning a potential expansion team in Las Vegas, a notion playfully acknowledged by NBA Commissioner Adam Silver.
Lakers Defeated Indiana Pacers
During the trophy presentation after the Lakers’ victory, Silver quipped, “It doesn’t come with a franchise.” On the court, James and the Lakers secured another triumph by defeating the Indiana Pacers 123-109 to clinch the inaugural In-Season Tournament.
James contributed 24 points on 10-of-21 shooting, but his teammate Anthony Davis stole the spotlight with a remarkable performance. Davis dominated both ends of the court, recording a double-double with 41 points and 20 rebounds on an efficient 16-of-24 shooting, accompanied by four blocks.
The Lakers, with an undefeated record in the tournament, currently hold the fifth position in the Western Conference and are considered strong contenders for the season’s title.
