A video of Josh Giddey with a minor girl is currently making headlines and going viral on social media.

Meanwhile, the video has caught people’s attention are the Australian basketball player is now being called out by everyone on social media.
While recording a video for her brother, Giddey is seen in the video encircling her with his arms. Another image shows Giddey encircling her neck with his arms; it appears to be from Snapchat. The videos initially were shared by a user on Instagram that goes by the name @OC Beers, before it went viral and several accounts on X (formerly known as Twitter) started sharing it.
Based on the viral photos and videos that a user on the social networking site X shared, the 21-year-old guard for the Oklahoma City Thunder, is allegedly dating a minor named Liv Cook. The popular post, which has since been removed from X, said:
Josh Giddey from the OKC thunder with an under-age girl. In the first video, he is talking to her brother. This is Disgusting and this man needs to be punished.
It further read:
We canโt let this go under the surface any longer. This needs to be seen. The girl is a junior in high school.โ
The original post on Twitter was deleted however, many other have been sharing the same post with the same caption. Here is the same post by another user:

The user wrote:

While the reports are yet unverified, the Thunder star is being extra cautious with his social media connections. After all these is going on, in order to prevent anyone from exposing the accusations, the player on his official Instagram account has turned off the comments and no one can now comment anything on his posts about the viral video.
