The ace of the Memphis Grizzlies told Bleacher Report’s Taylor Rooks that he would have wanted to play during Michael Jordan’s career. The 22-year-old offered Jordan his roses but added that if they had performed in the same period, he might have “cooked” him.

Morant commented, “I wish I had performed in his period.”
“I probably would also have cooked him. No one will defeat me one from one or anything, I’ll declare. I don’t worry what activity it is as long as it’s football. Who is soccer’s best player? Let’s play, let’s play,” after challenging the basketball GOAT, Morant went on to dare Lionel Messi to a knockout. Then he declared that he would prefer to face Messi in goal.
Morant was the first member of the Grizzlies to earn the Most Outstanding Player and Newcomer of the Year in the same season, making him the very first player in League history to accomplish this feat.
In the second round of the 2022 postseason, the Memphis Grizzlies and Golden State Warriors engaged in a contentious matchup. Both teams were quite physical throughout the series, and several important players ended up getting hurt.
