The video which was shared by SAI shows Bhavina Patel going through the drills with her coach, practice which won her the table tennis silver medal at the Tokyo Paralympics 2020
She might have faltered in the marquee final but Bhavina Patel’s unnerving efforts at the ongoing Tokyo Paralympics were still extremely noteworthy. Her notable display in the category 4 table tennis event saw her bring home India’s first medal at the current games.
However, that wasn’t the only accolade which she achieved with her triumph. Bhavina went onto become the first ever player to win a table tennis medal at the Paralympics for India and only the second ever female to win a medal at the showpiece games after Deepa Malik.
