Video footage has emerged of the Millwall fans singing the homophobic “Chelsea rent boy” song at Conor Gallagher during their FA Cup tie with Crystal Palace
Traveling to The Den to take on Millwall in the FA Cup, Crystal Palace endured one of the most hostile atmospheres they have this season.
The boisterous home fans were in a particularly irate mood on the day with them giving a sign of things to come right before the clash commenced. As the Crystal Palace players took the knee in solidarity of the Black Lives Matter movement, the Millwall supporters raucously booed them before going onto set off flares and throw missiles across the course of the encounter.

That wasn’t the end of their antics though with them deciding they wanted to sing the lyrics of the homophobic “Chelsea rent boy” song as well on the day, one aimed at Conor Gallagher. The club’s third round 2-1 defeat at The End was marred by the unsavoury visuals with video footage showing them bellow the chant on Saturday afternoon.
