However, by live-streaming a murder on social media, this individual clearly went too far. Earl Lee Johnson Jr., 35, broadcasted a video of himself murdering Janice David, 34, in a vehicle in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

According to the authorities, Johnson repeatedly assaulted, choked, and stabbed David while live-streaming the entire incident on Instagram. The feed lasted around 15 minutes and has since been removed.
Someone reported the video after seeing it on Instagram. The incident was subsequently reported to the state police, who began an inquiry. Baton Rouge Police have accused Johnson of first-degree murder.
According to the police, David’s body was discovered at 10 p.m. in a vehicle parked in an office building’s parking lot. David was completely nude and was tethered to the driving wheel by jumper cables.

Earl Lee Johnson, a Louisiana native, is 35 years old. Johnson’s life and background are a complete mystery, except for the fact that he was detained on Monday for a separate car theft case. He admitted to the crime when questioned, though.
Johnson had already been found guilty of armed robbery and sentenced to 15 years in jail in 2007.
