Indian cricketer Deepak Chahar gave a lifeline to the South African Cricketer Tristian Stubbs by not Mankading him. Stubbs was way out of his crease at the non-striker end when Chahar was bowling the 16th over of the innings. Deepak had the opportunity to remove dangerous batsman Tristian Stubbs when he was on a score of 11 runs.
The Indian pacer issued a gentle warning and walked to his mark. Even after the South African team was on 154 runs at 15 overs Chahar refused to take wickets in an ugly fashion. Chahar got a roar from the crowd and got back to his bowling mark with a gentle smile on his face.
