The former QB had a tragic mishap live on television while speaking during the pre-game of the Bills and Titans before Monday Night Football. After stumbling over his remarks at first, Orlovsky then seemed to fart. I think Orlovsky was tripping over his sentences and merely created the fart sound with his mouth. The Titans would later be destroyed by the Bills.

Buffalo Bills Win Home Opener
Josh Allen, the Buffalo Bills starting quarterback, isn’t about to yell if the team is making a loud message by starting the season with straight routs. Allen dismissed concerns about the message the Bills conveyed by crushing the Tennessee Titans 41-7 in Buffalo’s home opener on Monday night, much as he did after a 31-10 victory over the Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams. Success often follows success when we carry out our plans as we are supposed to, according to Allen. We’re just attempting to be the greatest selves we can be.
Allen didn’t care if the Bills gained some satisfaction from beating a team that had beaten them the previous two seasons. He completed four touchdown passes, three of which went to Stefon Diggs, and Derrick Henry and the Titans were held at bay by the Bill’s defence. Line backer Matt Milano returned the second of Ryan Tannehill’s two interceptions for a touchdown after forcing four turnovers for Buffalo.
Buffalo never trailed and scored 24-0 more than the Titans in the third quarter to completely dominate the contest. After Diggs caught Allen’s 4-yard touchdown throw to put Buffalo ahead 17-7 late in the second quarter, the run started.
Allen completed 26 of 38 passes for 317 yards, surpassing 300 yards passing for the 15th time in his career. He sat out the whole fourth quarter. With 12 catches, Diggs gained 148 yards. He has surpassed 100 yards in each of his first two games, a feat that had only been done by Hall of Famer Andre Reed for the Bills before him.
