Video footage of the Chelsea fans giving it to Boris Johnson during their showdown with Lille has gone viral
Just when it looked like the “Boris Johnson is a c*nt” chant was dying, the last embers of the viral song have once again rekindled.
Chelsea Fans Vociferously Berate Boris Johnson During Lille vs Chelsea UCL Match
First going viral after being sung during darts tournaments and at clubs, the song was in reference to Johnson and his cabinet having parties while placing the UK in a stringent lockdown. And the song has revived itself ensuing Boris’ decision to enforce sanctions of Russian oligarch and Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich, ones which have thrown the club’s functioning in disarray.
With the sanctions being nothing more than a token gesture by the UK government in the ongoing Ukraine-Russia war with the country itself not even feigning support to Ukraine, Chelsea fans have been livid over the decision which has thrown the club in turmoil. Not only is the club’s travelling budget massively slashed down but the side can’t have fans apart from season ticket holders during matches.
However, scores of ardent Chelsea faithful ended up making their way to France when Chelsea went travelling to take on Lille in the Champions League. And they ensured they made their feelings towards Boris Johnson blatantly clear with video footage of them singing the, “Boris Johnson he’s a c*nt” going viral.
Maybe the UK can next sanction Rasputin and achieve absolutely nothing with it.
