Geordie made the statement about punching Tate during a recent episode of comedian Andrew Schulz’s FLAGRANT podcast.
Who is Andrew Tate?
Andrew Tate is a former kick-boxer who has undergone a transition into the marketing world. Tate is currently marketing his own financial and lifestyle coaching online academy called, “The Hustler’s University.”
Besides this, he is also constantly working on growing his internet presence. Tate is a controversial figure on the internet, with his comments often going viral on social media. Many of his critics have found his views very offensive and misogynistic.
Lately, Tate has also made his way into the influencer-boxing space. The Paul brothers, Jake and Logan Paul, have both stated interest in the idea of a bout with the former kickboxing champion.
True Geordie sparks Andrew Tate fight rumors
Now, however, it seems like the two Paul brothers aren’t the only major influencers who’d like to take a jab at Tate. British podcast host True Geordie is apparently also open to fighting it out with Tate.
However, Geordie clarified that he would pass up the offer if it meant going to a training camp for an official boxing match.
On a recent episode of comedian Andrew Schulz’s FLAGRANT podcast, Geordie shared his opinion about Tate after he was asked if he’d boxed him.
Geordie stated
He’s been chasing fame for years. People don’t realize, this guy is the most desperate, fame-hungry person. …the way this guy talks about women is, as we all know, a f**king joke.
I feel sorry for him if I’m being honest with you. All that money, and he’s clearly miserable. There’s so much anger there. Where’s that coming from?
Following this, Andrew’s co-host Akaash Singh asked:
Would you box him?
To which True Geordie answered:
If he came up to me in my face, I would absolutely punch him in the face. But am I gonna make effort to go running every morning? No. He’s not worth that. We can do it right here, right now, but I’m not getting in the ring and making the effort.
It is clear that a celebrity boxing match wouldn’t happen anytime soon between the two creators. However, fans are convinced that Jake Paul is gearing up to take on Tate. This is because Jake’s boxing manager was seen posing with the mogul in a recent photo.
