Ayrton Senna’s personal life
Senna’s personal life was not very successful. The late Formula 1 racer was in few major relationships but none of those worked including his marriage with his wife lasting two years. He was married to Lilian de Vasconcelos Souza in 1981 but it lasted until 1982.
Even though he was well known for hiding his relationships, a few significant ones eventually came to light. One such person was the well-known Brazilian TV personality Xuxa Meneghel when they started dating from 1988 until 1990. Although they stayed together for long, it didn’t last forever.
Following that, Senna pursued Adriane Yamin, a Soo Paulo entrepreneur’s daughter. The two started dating in 1985 and got briefly engaged, however, it didn’t work and they parted ways in 1988. Then, from 1990 to 1991, he lived with Christine Ferracciu in Monaco and Portugal, with whom he had an on and off relationship.
Ayrton also had flings with merican model Carol Alt and models Marjorie Andrade and Elle Macpherson. At the time he passed away following the unfortunate accident, he was dating TV personality, Adriane Galisteu. He didn’t have any children.
