Known to lose his cool and lambast officials in the process, Thomas Tuchel has been handed out a couple of yellow cards in the Premier League already in his short stay in the marquee league.
However, the Chelsea supremo’s outburst during Chelsea vs Manchester United hardly warranted one with it coming out of due reason. The Chelsea head honcho was seen bellowing with everything he had at the fourth official after an offside wasn’t given against Cristiano Ronaldo in the tailend of the showdown on Sunday.

Despite Ronaldo being miles off, the linesman failed to make what should have been one of the easiest calls of his career. And with Manchester United failing to score from the chance, VAR wasn’t called in to check the offside with the visitors going ahead with their corner.
While they failed to make their corner count, Tuchel was still seen going at it with him seething at the ineptness of the linesman. The Chelsea head coach who was shown a yellow card prior to the corner for his troubles by referee Anthony Taylor refused to be fazed by the sanction.

“I’m the guy who gets a yellow card but everybody tells me that we go for clear offside and it’s a clear offside. And then we have to defend a dangerous corner and the second ball from the set-piece and you can lose games like this,” Tuchel said of the decision after the 1-1 draw.
Jorginho managed to cancel out Sancho’s second half strike to see both sides walk away from the contest with a point.
