A public-spirited, seemingly n*de Twitch streamer streamed live from her car. She isn’t, however, breaking the ToS. However, a viewer who offered her presents and garnered attention from people in public streamed sniped her.

The artistic n*dity controversy caused some disruption, and many users are still straying from what is permitted by the site’s existing community guidelines; thus, the topless Twitch meta has been a wild ride. Several streamers have begun posting topless videos, although it’s unclear if they’re truly n*de because the camera angle ends at the n*pple. On Twitch, though, it has gained popularity.

By streaming topless in public and getting stream-sniped by a viewer who sent her gifts, a streamer going by the handle LivStixs took things a step further.

Despite recent significant changes to Twitch’s community guidelines, streamers are still permitted to go topless during live broadcasts as long as there is no visible n*dity. When LivStixs sat in her car topless for hours on end and engaged with hundreds of viewers via live streaming, she brought this meta to the general public. She was stream-sniped by a viewer named Justin throughout the stream, who was able to locate the exact parking lot in Florida where she was, spent about 30 minutes interacting with her, and brought her gifts.
As truckers circled the parking area and honked at the streamer, Justin also confirmed that the streamer was wearing nothing but a necklace. Liv further asserted that if she hadn’t had to hold things down, she would have hugged Justin before he left. It’s possible that she and Justin were leading the stream, but it’s also quite likely that she was flaunting her public n*dity while it was live on Twitch.
In any case, it appeared to be a consensual exchange, and Liv was disappointed to see him go. In addition, since she isn’t posting anything offensive on her stream, her actions technically do not violate Twitch’s policies, regardless of how you feel about her streaming strategy.
It’s difficult to predict what streamers may do next to go beyond Twitch’s community restrictions, given the likelihood that Liv streamed entirely n*de in public.
