A brand-new video clip from the Sturgis motorcycle rally in South Dakota has surfaced online, showing how empty and unoccupied the Budweiser tent was

Participants in the protest avoided the contentious Anheuser-Busch beer brewer’s tent.

On August 8 while visiting Sturgis, TikTok content maker and motorcycle enthusiast Cycledrag posted the video. A few employees of the beer company could be seen hanging around behind their booth in the video. Even a member gave the peace sign.

In April of this year, Bud Light, a subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch InBev’s Budweiser, and transgender influencer and activist Dylan Mulvaney collaborated on a commercial to commemorate Dylan’s one-year transition to womanhood. The partnership garnered national notice for both brands.

However, the brand’s traditional customer base did not appreciate Bud Light’s “wokeness” in publicly endorsing LGBTQIA+, particularly trans ideas. As a result, conservatives and other beer drinkers demanded harsh boycotts from the company, which caused Bud Light to lose money.

When nobody visited Budweiser’s tent at the Sturgis motorcycle gathering to purchase beer, the downfall of the beer brewer was also evident there. Old Row uploaded Cycledrag’s video and referred to the incident as the “biggest marketing blunder,” according to several accounts that repeated the video on X.

During the entire rally, no one attended the Budweiser booth

The beer brewer’s tent has been emptied since the rally’s start on August 5 but other videos and pictures from the event have been posted on social media. Cycledrag moved through the garage space where the vacant booth was located. In his video, he stated that the employees anticipated that business would increase a little during the rally’s next days. However, he took control of the region on August 8 during the middle of the week, when nobody was there.

In order to illustrate the unoccupied tables and staff personnel who were either standing or sitting idle, the TikToker panned his camera back and forth. When Cycledrag questioned a worker wearing the company t-shirt if they had noticed any improvement, the worker simply nodded and smiled without saying anything further.

On Saturday, August 12, Cycledrag posted a new video to provide an update on the Budweiser booth, but nothing had changed—the booth was still vacant. He demonstrated how many bikers were passing by the booth, yet no one stopped.
