Police shot and killed Hale. Evelyn Dieckhaus, Hallie Scruggs, and William Kinney, all 8 or 9 years old, as well as adults Cynthia Peak, 61, Katherine Koonce, 60, and Mike Hill, 61, were named as the victims.
Active shooter Audrey Elizabeth Hale arrived at Covenant Church/School this morning in her Honda Fit, parked and opened fire inside the structure. The Nashville PD released a video of Hale driving along with the statement “She was armed with two assault-style weapons and a 9 mm pistol.”
According to the police, Audrey Hale’s Honda Fit had more writings. It was discovered parked close to the incident. Police provided a photo of the car and stated that when they examined it, they “discovered additional material authored by Hale.” Officials withheld the content’s contents, nevertheless.

Given that Hale had a thorough map of the school with her that showed all probable access locations, the shooting may have been preplanned. Officer Drake stated, “We have a manifesto and some writings that we are going over that pertain to this date, the actual occurrence. We have a diagram of how all of this was going to happen.”

Following the chaos, people on social media made assumptions about Hale’s intentions. Even though there hasn’t been a formal statement, many people on social media are making assumptions about Hale’s motivation. Unfortunately, the motivation is everything because Audrey Hale attended the school and was a trans male, according to a Twitter user.
As soon as the suspect, a 28-year-old biological female who identifies as “He/Him” on LinkedIn, was identified, several Twitter users pointed out that the suspect is transgender.
