What Exactly Happened so far?
Go Gun was praising ย Se Young on her piano skills at the start of the previous episode. Se Young is pretty extroverted as she tries to ask him to have lunch with her. Just to make sure he said yes, she started to spout some nonsense logic to make him agree.
On the other hand, suddenly the show gets a little depressing when we learn about Jun Hee, Go Gun’s sister’s health condition. She has leukemia and needs a bone marrow transplant to survive. The treatment surely is going to cost a lot and neither Go Gun nor his father can afford the money right now. His father is already disabled after the accident and only Go Gun can arrange the money now.
Tae Ha has arrived to pick up Se Young when he notices Go Gun. This fellow has already lost to him many times in the Poker sessions. Go Gun already hates his guts. When he left, this fellow started to confess to Se Young. But he got strong rejection like always from her.
Now Go Gun needs money urgently. He has heard about the upcoming Poker Championship. Although he didn’t like to do it, it left no choice but to participate in it for his sister. He must win the championship so that he can pay the money for the surgery.
