Tristan Thompson will be shelling out $40,000 a month to baby mama and fitness model Maralee Nichols in child support
Tristan Thompson’s claims of retiring from the NBA at the end of the 2021-22 season look extremely dim at the moment.
Making the outlandish claims to fitness model Maralee Nichols who he had gotten pregnant, Thompson had also offered $75,000 to her in a bid to make her go away and abort the baby. The leaked Snapchat message saw Thompson talk about him not being required to pay any child support to his new baby mama owing to him retiring from the NBA once the season curtailed.

However, with him now required to dish out $40,000 per month in child support to Maralee after a paternity test affirmed he indeed was the father of the baby son, it looks unlikely Tristan will be able to go unpaid. While an official judgment is yet to come on the case filed by Maralee for child support, The Hollywood Life has gone onto calculate the amount Thompson will be ordered to fork out.
With him making $10 million this season with the Kings, Thompson who is already paying child support for his other children will have all his income, including money/wages, tips, commissions, bonuses, unemployment benefits insurance payouts calculated child support. This figure is said to be nailed down to $40,000, a lesser amount owing to him shelling out child support to different women concurrently.
He is currently paying child support for his son with Jordyn Craig who he is paying $40,000 a month while he’s not giving anything to Khloe Kardashian. Tristan is said to have made $116 million from playing in the NBA.
