Beginning on Friday, July 1 and running until Sunday, July 24, the 2022 Tour de France will be broadcast on NBC, USA Network, and Peacock, know the dates, schedule and live stream in India

The itinerary below shows the nine new sites and stages that are part of this year’s cycling competition.

Additionally, this year’s Tour will feature two individual time trials, which will be the first time since 2017 that the competition starts with one and the third consecutive year that it occurs on the penultimate Tour stage. Tour de France in 2022 Important Data

• Date and Time

From July 1 through July 24, 2022, will see the start of the Tour de France. Stage 1 coverage on Peacock and USA Network gets underway at 9:30 a.m. ET while you can watch it on ITV in the UK. While the live streaming and broadcast is not known in India, it was available on Eurosport in 2021.

• Live-Streaming

• Duration

The Tour de France in 2022 lasts for 24 days. Each day will have one stage to compete in, with three rest days in between. The first rest day is scheduled for July 4 (between stages 3 and 4), the second for July 11 (between stages 9 and 10), and the last for July 18 (between stages 9 and 10). (between stages 15 & 16).

• Participants

There will be 176 riders in all. There will be 22 teams total, each with 8 riders.

• Stages

There are 21 stages: 2 individual time trials, 6 flat, 7 hilly, and 6 mountain stages.

• Distance

This year’s Tour is anticipated to cover a distance of 3,346.5 kilometres or roughly 2,079.4 miles.
