What Exactly Happened in Episode 1
Angry and Smiley rescued the Mizo Middle Five from Tenjiku in the first episode of the Tenjiku Arc in Tokyo Revengers, titled “The Longest Day.” Then, Angry and Smiley convinced Takemichi and Chifuyu to help them find Tenjiku’s lair. During this time, Takemichi revealed to Chifuyu his belief that Kisaki Tetta was a Time Leaper.
In another area, members of the Tenjiku gang were assaulting those of the Toman gang. Simultaneously, Takemichi’s group discovered hundreds of Tenjiku’s followers at the hideout. But Kakucho, one of the Four Heavenly Kings, ordered his servants to abandon him because he intended to face Takemichi alone.
Takemichi and Kakucho’s friendship was revealed to have existed in the past. Kakucho, who was now Takemichi’s opponent, nonetheless tried to tell him that Toman was a traitor.
