Twitter Fans theory says Thomas Partey is the 29 Year Old Premier League Player Who was Arrested Over Charges Of Rape
A Premier League football star was brought into custody on suspicion of two more rape incidents involving a different lady after being initially apprehended in London on Monday morning on suspicion of rape. The athlete, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was released after posting bail and appearing in court in August.
A number of Metropolitan Police units arrived at the foreign player’s home on Monday about 3 a.m. and took him to a nearby station. His club, which is still in the early stages of preseason, is aware of the additional allegations, but no comments have been made.
While in detention, the player was also detained on suspicion of two further rape allegations that were made against a different lady in her 20s in April and June of 2021. He was later granted bail and released with a court appearance in August while an investigation into the incident is ongoing. On August 5, the Premier League season will begin. The player was also anticipated to represent his nation in the World Cup in Qatar this winter.

Given that the other 29-year-old footballers in north London are either online or on vacation, many football fans have quickly claimed that Partey is the player who has been detained. Chris Wheatley had earlier tweeted that Partey was in Germany with the rest of the team, but he has since deleted the tweet and updated his post. Since nothing has been confirmed as of yet, Arsenal supporters will be hoping that this is not Partey or any other Arsenal player.
Partey is not going to Germany for preseason with the Arsenal squad because he is currently in London. According to other sources, the Ghanaian national has converted to Islam and was not in London at the time of the incident.
