Dave Myers was born on September 8, 1957 in Barrow-in-Furness, Lancashire, England to Jim Myers and Maragaret Myers. He got married to Liliana Orzac in 2011. He is survived by his kids David Myer, Sandra Ellen McCollom, Daniel Myer, and Laura Marie Holtzman.
