The following day, Jae Won’s class had to work in pairs on a group project. The TA chooses to connect Jae Won with his ex, Eun Ji despite his warning.
Jae Won and Eun Ji are partnered together against his will, and he is forced to collaborate with her. While they are working together, he notices Ji Hyun working by himself. He runs over to him and engages in a conversation. Eun Ji passes by as the two of them are chatting and observes how nicely Jae Won is doing along with Ji Hyun. Later, Eu Ji goes to the restaurant and bullies Ji Hyung by humiliating him.
