The British Grand Prix had ended up turning extremely sour. Ensuing Lewis Hamilton and Max Verstappen’s crash in the opening stages of the bygone race at the weekend, things had spilt out of the circuit as well with Max Verstappen and Christian Horner weighing in on the incident.

Lews Hamilton Crashes Into Max Verstappen At The British Grand Prix

Lewis Hamilton who had clearly blatantly crashed into Max Verstappen’s Red Bull to send it reeling into the tyre high wall at the exit had adamantly denied his mistake. Despite his misdemeanour being caught on camera, the Brit was handed a scanty 10 second penalty.

Overcoming it on the day, Hamilton managed to prevail as he won the British Grand Prix. What was even more shocking in the aftermath of his win was the manner in which he was seen jumping and rejoicing with the British crowd with little remorse for his actions or concern for Max Verstappen.

Verstappen who was in hospital at the time had lambasted Hamilton for the manner in which he was rejoicing in the win, calling it an extremely unsportsmanlike gesture. Hamilton’s antics were an epitome of what the British public is in general, much of what was seen during the summit clash of Euro 2020 as well.
