2023 Thailand Masters Open women’s singles schedule, date, venue, fixtures, & first-round draw
Surprisingly, nearly every top female shuttler including Thai ace Ratchanok Intanon and in-form An Se-young have announced their withdrawal from this tournament. Following this turn of events, fourth-seed Han Yue is labelled as the favorite to win the tournament alongside Dane shuttler Line Kjærsfeldt. Meanwhile, India will have only two representatives in the women’s single category in the form of Arundhati Upadhyaya and Ashmita Chaliha. However, these two Indian shuttlers are scheduled to face-off against each other in the first-round of the 2023 Thailand Masters Open.
Indian shuttlers will be confident of winning a medal in the women’s singles class because several in-form shuttlers won’t be competing in this upcoming championship. The official calendar states that this competition will take place in Bangkok’s Nimibutr Stadium beginning from 31st January before culminating on 5th February.
