The winner of the season first was BVK Vagdevi and Srinivas and Vaishnavi stood in the second and third positions. Sreerama Chandra who was the runner-up of Big Boss 5 hosted the first season. Judges of the first season were Nithya Menon, Karthik, and Thaman S.

On the 3rd of March, 2023 Telugu Indian Idol season 2 premiered on the Aha Video OTT platform. The OTT telecast takes place via aha.video. The second season of the show will be streaming on the OTT platform every Friday to Saturday at sharp 7 pm.
