The release date, cast and crew for the upcoming season 3 of Taxi Driver have not been confirmed yet.
On 16th April, the day after “Taxi Driver 2” aired its season’s finale, producers of the series declared that “Taxi Driver 3” was already in process. However, the show might take months to release.

The popular K-drama series, Taxi Driver is now all set to return for its 3rd Season. On 16 April 2023, a representative from the South Korean broadcast network SBS confirmed that Taxi Driver is renewed for season 3. He confirmed the news while talking to a news agency.
The SBS network also noted that the cast of the series and crew for the upcoming season has not been confirmed yet.’ The series “Taxi Driver” recently confirmed its 3rd Season. “We plan to begin the discussions with actors, writers and the director from now onwards,” said the representative of SBS.
The 2nd Season of the Taxi Driver ran from 17th February to 15th April on the SBS network, and was also available on the OTT plattform Kocowa, Viki and Viu in only selected regions. It starred returning cast members including Lee Je-hoon, Kim Eui-sung, Pyo Ye-jin, Jang Hyuk-jin and Bae Yoo-ram, along with the addition of Shin Jae-ha.
The 2nd season of Taxi Driver did not feature original cast member Esom. In 2022, her agency Artist Company revealed that actresses would not be playing any role in the second season due to some “scheduling issues”.
The release date and cast will be confirmed in the impending time. Taxi Driver, Season 2 starred Lee Je Hoon, Kim Eui Sung, Pyo Ye Jin, Jang Hyuk Jin, Bae Yoo Ram, with Shin Jae Ha joining the main cast as new driver On Ha Jun.
Other upcoming shows
In other K-drama news, South Korean cable network TvN also declared a new teaser for the Tale of Nine-Tailed 1938 starring Lee Dong-wook. This show is all set to premiere on the 6th of May, while the international availability for this show has not yet been announced.
Meanwhile, the first trailer for the upcoming K-drama series, which is Finland Papa is now released. The series is now scheduled to premiere on the 29th of April on OTT streaming service Viki, with more details expected to be declared another coming weeks.
