Australia will have to defend their title at thier home
The most successful cricketing nation Australia is all set to defend thier title which they won last year in Dubai. At the start of the 2021 World Cup nobody was counting the Aussies as the favorites to win the trophy as they didn’t have most of thier stars in the form before the start of the tournament. As the tournament progressed Australia showed thier cricketing royalty by eliminating favorites Pakistan and then New Zealand in the finals.
T20 World Cup 2022: Australia announced their 15 men Squad
On Thursday CA announced thier 15 men’s squad for the T20 World 2022. Aaron Finch will lead the group once again. The experience of David Warner, Steven Smith, and Matthew Wade will also be very beneficial for them. In Bowling, the untamed pace trio of Cummins, Hazelwood, and Starc will once again lead the line.

Australia has dropped thier Leg spinner Swepson and went in with Aston Agar
Mithcell Swepson who has been for a while now in the Australian T20 side has been sidelined for the T20 World Cup 2022. Australia is already having Adam Zampa in thier team who will be their first pick spinner at any wicket so they decided to drop Swepson and make way for Agar. Aston can not only give Australia 4 tight overs but he also possesses the Batting ability to hit sixes at the end.
Tim David to make his Australian Debut in the T20 World Cup 2022
The Singaporean-Australian cricketer who has also represented Singapore in 14 T20 internationals will play for Australia in World Cup. Tim David will play as a free agent for Australia in the World Cup as he is yet to get his full-time contract by CA. Reports have suggested that the six-hitting machine will earn hefty wages to play in the World Cup.
Tim David is born in Singapore and raised in Western Australia. He has already played 14 Matches for Singapore in which he has an average of 46.5 and a mammoth strike rate of 158.5. The Australian would be expecting the same destructive hitting from Tim David.
