Sushil Kumar is a two-time Olympic champion in wrestling from India. Sushil Kumar who was arrested on Sagar Rana murder charges now after demanding supplements and protein-rich food wants a TV in Tihar jail. He has requested the officials and jail authorities to get him a TV as he wants to watch wrestling matches and stay updated with the sport. Earlier he asked the authorities for protein-rich food and supplements, this demand was rejected by the court.

Sushil Kumar has again written an application to the jail officials. Now this time he has pleaded to get a TV in the jail. Earlier the two times Olympic Champion wrote an application to the officials of Rohini court, Delhi asking for protein-rich food and supplements. He wanted Omega 3, Jointment Capsules, Pre- Workout C4 and Hyde, Multivitamin GNC accompanied by foods that have high protein content.
Sushil Kumar Demands Special Diet As Well
Also in addition to all these superfoods, the wrestler demanded basic fitness equipment such as exercise bands and weights. To favor this application, Sushil’s lawyer added that the wrestler is the only one to win two consecutive gold medals for India in the Olympics. So he definitely needs all these things to maintain his physical strength. However, the court considered these demands baseless as they do not want to favor criminals.
Also, the court stated that these all special demands by the accused are desires, in any manner, they do not seem like a necessity to the court. Apart from this court also mentioned that in the eye of law each and every criminal is treated with equality.
May 4, 2021, proved to be a fatal day for Sushil’s wrestling career. The one who had the biggest plans for the Olympics is now out of the race. Others have also been arrested after Sushil Kumar’s arrest and the court is finding other evidence and criminal minds involved in this case as well.
There are almost negligible chances of court providing Sagar Rana murder accused with a TV in court.
