Cause of death
According to reports, Kevin Sullivan passed away following complications of a blood clot in Concord, Massachusetts. Earlier this year in May, Sullivan was involved in a โdevastating accidentโ which had a major impact on his health. Sullivan underwent surgery because of the accident, and sustained multiple complications. The accident reportedly affected his ability to function independently and just last month, Sullivan claimed that he was recovering.

Kevin Francis Sullivan was an American former professional wrestler and booker who was born on October 26, 1949, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, United States. During his time as a professional wrestler, he was best known for his role in the World Championship Wrestling WCW. Sullivan was a staple of WCW throughout the 1990s. He was 74 years old at the time of his death. Kevin also had a podcast called the โTasktmaster Talksโ alongside co-host John Poz, where they talked about former wrestlers.

Sullivanโs wrestling career began in the 1970s, and spanned across several wrestling federations. He first started out with the WWE (then known as the World Wide Wrestling Federation) and then joined National Wrestling Alliance during the early 1980s. He gained prominence with Championship Wrestling from Florida during the 1980s, where he developed a dark, and compelling persona which eventually became his trademark.
Kevin Sullivan went by the moniker the โPrince of Darknessโ, and had notable rivalries with Dusty Rhodes and Barry Windham. He then joined the World Championship Wrestling (WCW), during the 1990s.
