We sat down with Mr. Sulabh Mathur who has more than 10 years of industry- experience in dealing with customer-centric retail Operations dealing in and solving the specific needs of the customers for the retail -sector in the clothing and the FMCG sector to dwell upon the intricacies of the industry.

“My work entails working in the organizational hierarchy of the retail -sector with special emphasis on meeting the retail targets and ensuring the companies get profitability,” said Sulabh Mathur has he poured insight into his expansive expertise as a retail sector management expert.
Mr. Mathur has worked with educational institutions and companies of repute to bring to fruition their process of training and fulfilling the needs of the burgeoning retail sector by imparting training in retail-management, supply-chain management and marketing management.
“I have worked in organisations like Shoppers Stop and McDonalds along with organisations like UGC and Arvind mills for providing training and education to all the working staff and providing
inputs to the employees for effective working in organizational and company setups. I have worked both as a store-manager and at the training levels,” Sulabh went onto add.
His work entails providing customers experience of everyday shopping in a modern retail format. the everyday training needs of staff in dealing with everyday customers and looking forward to their needs in soft-skills training; billing and alterations departments. In addition to that he has also provided training for Bachelor in vocation courses for retail-management and supply chain management.
The staff at the CCA (customer-care-associate) levels requires techniques for sales -management, vendor-management and customer interaction for selling the merchandise of companies so that the work at the retail level goes on smoothly and in the process the staff gets the experience of working and dealing with all types of customers.
