What Exactly Happened so far?
The previous chapter starts with both Vlad and Zarina travelling in the carriage together. She founds Vlad to be like a noble. After that at night, we saw the story of the old man blacksmith who gave his sword to Vlad when they were escaping.
We see him living a almost boring life and was not even seem to be much interested in blacksmithing. He was also thinking about young Vlad and the sword he gave him. When he was about to close the shop, he saw Vlad visiting him to fix his sword.
A smile flowered on his face as he quickly brought him inside the shop. Seeing all the scratches and marks on sword, he started to ask how did it came. Vlad started to tells the story behind every mark and that’s how the lowlight flame once again ignited in the black smith.
After that Vlad was talking with his friend and was telling him about how he is going to stay here for a while and going to take care of some business. We see him visiting a butcher place for the investigation who was under the swine butcherer, “Black Bear” one of the five bosses of the back alley.
