Episode 11 of Spy x Family starts with Loid teaching Anya different subjects to earn the star. But Anya fails miserably in every subject and earns an F grade. He then asks Anya to try Art, Music, Sports and Jumping to find her talent. However, Anya fails to master any of these talents. Loid becomes disappointed but switches his way to earn the star. He volunteers to work in the hospital along with Anya.
Anya messed up everything in Hospital and gets scolded. She broke the vase, spilled the food, and read comics in the library. The head nurse becomes disappointed by her behavior and tells Loid to leave with her. However, when they were returning Anya hears a voice for help. A boy named Ken who came into the hospital for his treatment was drowning in the pool. Anya then tells Loid that she is going swimming and jumps into the pool to save him.
Instead of saving him, she herself began to drown in the pool. Loid then jumps in the pool and pulls out both of them. This incident leads to Anya earning the Stella star in front of the whole class.
