He was taken to London by an unknown woman who gave him the name “Mohamed Farah”. But he has just recently revealed his own forename, Hussein Abdi Kahin.
Farah, who was awarded for his achievements on the racetrack, will continue to go by the name “Sir Mo Farah.” He represented Team GB at the Olympic 5,000- and 10,000-meter runs in both London 2012 and Rio 2016.

Farah was born in Somaliland on March 23, 1983 and is currently aged 49. He is a Muslim by religion and has a net worth of 4 million pounds. His ten global championship gold medals (four Olympic and six World titles) make him the most successful male track distance runner ever.
