Because the business reality hybrid programme Shark Tank India is back for a second season and has already locked in its sharks, viewers have reason to say, “Ye toh bahut acchi bargain hai (that’s a tremendous deal).” Ashneer Grover, the co-founder and past managing director of the financial platform BharatPe, will not appear in the second season of Shark Tank India.
In its second season, the programme will once more give prospective entrepreneurs a platform to pursue their company goals by presenting their concepts to seasoned investors and industry insiders, often known as “The Sharks.” The first season of the show sparked India’s corporate growth engine and transformed the way that nation sees entrepreneurship.
The one-liners of the sharks impressed the member community as the “Shark Tank India” memes spread like wildfire and were used by people to successfully communicate and make a point in their social and professional circles.
Who are the brand-new sharks in Shark Tank India Season 2?
Anupam Mittal, the founder and CEO of Shaadi.com – People Group, Aman Gupta, the co-founder and chief marketing officer of boAt, Namita Thapar, the executive director of Emcure Pharmaceuticals, Vineeta Singh, the co-founder and CEO of Sugar Cosmetics, Peyush Bansal, the founder and CEO of Lenskart.com, and new shark Amit Jain are all prepared to invest in potential businesses this season (CEO and Co-founder – Cardekho Group, InsuranceDekho.com).
The show’s second season will be hosted by well-known stand-up comedian Rahul Dua, who will provide some humour to the serious business topics.
