Half a month after WWE Big stars & Female Tag-Team Leaders Sasha Banks & Naomi stormed out on a live broadcast of WWE Monday Night RAW due to accusations of technical issues, news arose tonight that Banks had been let go by the pro-wrestling promotion.

WWE Allegedly Released Sasha Banks, But Who Initiated The Move
Following the May 16th edition, Banks and Naomi purportedly stormed out from a WWE RAW program due to creative differences and a general sense that the WWE’s Women’s Tag-Team Title was not being acknowledged. The tag-team winners would also have to battle against Asuka, Becky Lynch, Dewdrop, and Nikki A.S.H. in a “Six-Pack Battle,” with the winner confronting Bianca Belair at the “Hell in a Cell” PPV tournament. The WWE would later prohibit both wrestlers temporarily without pay, making the same public statement:
