The Swiss System will be used to pair players for the nine rounds of the 2023 Saint Louis Super Swiss. Players will be qualified to receive norms if the foreign flag criteria is satisfied. No tiebreaker will be used if there is a tie for any position in the tournament and, all tied players will get equal prize money distribution.

2023 Saint Louis Super Swiss schedule, date, venue, players, format, & other details
Players from all around the world compete in Saint Louis Super Swiss, an invited norm tournament, for cash prizes and the possibility to achieve Grandmaster, International Master, Woman Grandmaster, and Woman International Master norms.
In a Swiss-style competition with nine thrilling rounds, players will contend for $25,000 in prize money. It is known that the competition will run through 12th March to 16th March at the Il Monastero Banquet Center in Saint Louis. However, fans are unsure about the list of elite GMs participating in this tournament and are skeptical regarding the level of competition this year.

Saint Louis Super Swiss 2023 prize money pool distribution
During the Saint Louis Super Swiss in 2023, prizes worth a combined $25,000 will be given out, with the winner receiving $6,000 in total. The remaining $19,000 will be split among the players in accordance with how they each finish. It is understood that this competition’s runner-up will receive about $4,000 in prize money.
