Season 2 Part 2 of the noteworthy anime series Record of Ragnarok will continue with a worldwide launch on Netflix with the release date now out
Part 2 of Record of Ragnarok’s second season is the newest chapter in what has become one of the greatest comeback tales in modern anime. The series’ production team brought in Yumeta Company to help enhance animation and general quality after receiving nearly universal criticism after the first season’s release, especially from those who read the source material.

What Exactly Happened in Record of Ragnarok Season 2 Part 1
There were a total of ten episodes in the first portion of season 2 of Record of Ragnarok. In January of 2023, Netflix premiered the anime. Over the course of these ten episodes, viewers witnessed not one but two titanic battles between the gods and humanity. Both the legendary Greek hero Hercules and the great Japanese sumo wrestler Tamemon Raiden faced off against the Hindu god of destruction, Shiva.
Humanity won when Jack the Ripper battled Hercules, but Shiva was too powerful for Raiden Tameemon. Despite the gods’ recent success, their lord Zeus requested Buddha’s participation in the next war so that they could defeat humans twice in a row. Although Buddha first consented, by the conclusion of the first half of the second season, Buddha had decided to battle for the benefit of humanity.
What You Can Expect in Record of Ragnarok Season 2 Part 2
Key graphics and cast announcements so far suggest that Buddha will be up against two versions of the same opponent in the second half of season 2 of Record of Ragnarok. Key graphics and cast announcements feature two characters, Zerofuku and Hajun, who are eerily identical in appearance and personality. Even if it’s still conjecture, once Buddha’s fight starts, it looks almost certain to be the case.
Part 2 of Record of Ragnarok’s second season will presumably also introduce new godly adversaries. Recent casting announcements have revealed that Ryotaro Okiayu and Daisuke Namikawa will be lending their voices to the characters of Hades and Loki, respectively. The fact that Netflix is considering renewing the show for a third season is further evidence that Buddha’s battle is far from finished.
