1. Hardik Pandya

5. Vijay Shankar

The Indian Selectors chose Vijay Shankar ahead of veteran stalwarts like Ambati Rayudu, Dinesh Karthik, and  Suresh Raina, for his 3D dimension of batting, fielding, and bowling, in turn, the decision went flop gaining plenty of mockery in the 2019 World Cup. Shankar has been a disappointment as an all-rounder in the  IPL 2021. 

6. Wriddhiman Saha

Although his batsmanship skills are above average, he has yet to produce a notable display. It is quite high time to experiment with new budding talents with the likes of Rishabh Pant, Ishan Kishan, Sanju Samson,  who are also good hitters becoming more and more reliable.

7. S Sreesanth

Sreesanth was boisterous, energetic, and highly vociferous. He was never able to control his temperament in a way that allowed him to become a successful bowler. He also entangled himself in a spot-fixing incident that put an end to his cricket career.

8. Stuart Binny

Binny failed to make a strong comeback to the National side post-2016, since 2017 Stuart Binny has not featured in any match. As a result, he scored just 78 runs in IPL 2017 at an average of 15.6, a strike rate that would be problematic to equal in today’s ODIs. In the season, he only took 4 wickets too.

9. Yousuf Pathan

His hundred in the Centurion ODI in 2011 including 8 sixes and 8 fours is fondly remembered, but he rarely replicated the same enchantment for Team India thereafter. He struck the winning run in the inaugural IPL finale in 2008, but in IPL 2017, Yousuf Pathan contested in 15 games and tallied 143 runs at an average of almost 18.

10. Dhawal Kulkarni

Dhawal earned his international T20 breakthrough in 2016 and was also featured in Zimbabwe’s ODI series. In the 2016 IPL, he collected the fourth most wickets. Which elicited tremendous potential in the pacer. However, the IPL 2017 was a flop for him.
