The Asia Pacific Cup provided a stage for the best teams from Cambodia, Myanmar, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau & Brunei to play for a share of a $15,000 prize pool and a spot in the SEA Play-ins.
TJB took first place in the event, with LIT Esports coming in fourth place. With five points, the Yangon Galacticos were unable to qualify.
The teams will face a severe battle in play-in matches because there are few matches for a small number of berths. There will be no margin for a comeback, and teams must put their best foot forward. All eyes will be on Bigetron RA, a fan favourite who is now out of commission.
The team finished second in the S4 SEA Championships. It will also be Biubiu’s return to the competitive scene, since he will be representing Genexus. Faze Clan, on the other hand, is a team that is practically likely to win.
TonyK is on fire in 2022, winning the PMPL Thailand MVP award. The Infinity will also try to regain its form and reclaim its dominance from 2021.
