Chennai will serve as the host of all the matches throughout the entire season, starting on February 15.
Prime Volleyball League 2024 teams
For the upcoming competition, there are nine franchises set to compete:
- Ahmedabad Defenders
- Bengaluru Torpedoes
- Calicut Heroes
- Chennai Blitz
- Delhi Toofans
- Hyderabad Black Hawks
- Kochi Blue Spikers
- Kolkata Thunderbolts
- Mumbai Meteors
Debutants Delhi Toofans, will play their first match on the second day of the tournament against Mumbai Meteors.
Prime Volleyball League 2024 new format
The 2024 Prime Volleyball League will feature a new format introducing the Super 5s stage. The Super 5s stage will take place in the later stages of the competition where the top five teams from the league stage will compete in a round-robin format. Following the end of this round, the final three teams will then head on to the finals. The first-place team in the Super 5s will directly qualify for the final, while the other two teams will compete in an Eliminator match. The winner of the Eliminator match will then compete in the final.

Fans can watch the live broadcast of all the matches throughout the entire tournament on Sony Sports Ten 1 SD and HD, Sony Ten 3 SD, and HD (Hindi), Sony Ten 4 SD and HD (Tamil & Telugu). Moreover, fans can also watch the live streaming of the entire tournament on the Sony LIV app and website.
