In the 2023 Prime Volleyball League, Hyderabad Black Hawks defeated Kochi Blue Spikers by score of 15-13, 10-15, 15-13, 15-13, 15-6, 13-15 in an exhilarating victory. On Wednesday at the Gachibowli Indoor Stadium, Hyderabad Black Hawks performed to the best of their capability that allowed them to secure a uncatchable 3-1 lead. Ultimately, Kochi Blue Spikers won the last set 15-6 to finish the match with a 2-3 loss. Hyderabad’s Hemanth was the match’s standout performer and was given the Player of the Match award for his string of five consecutive aces.
Bengaluru Torpedoes will take on Chennai Blitz in Hyderabad’s Gachibowli Indoor Stadium in an effort to extend their winning streak. The second game of Thursday will pit the defending champion Kolkata Thunderbolts against the unbeaten Calicut Heroes. Meanwhile, Chennai Blitz will attempt to win their second match of the season and climb the rankings.
