Revenant Esports, from India also going to be part of the tournament after displaying their dominant performance in the Indian regional qualifier. They defeated Ascension 3-1 to reserve a spot for the 2022 Pokemon Unite World Championship.
Talking about other regions, Blvkhvnd reserved their place across the region of North America. Eternity and No Show got the first and second positions in the South Korea area. While T2 and Secret Ship will represent Japan’s region in Pokemon World Unite Championship 2022.
Know about the Tournament-
The Pokemon Unite World Championship Series 2022 is going to be an LAN event.
Date- The LAN tournament will be a two-day event that will start on August 19 and end on August 20.
Venue- Excel London, London, England
Format-
The tournament will be held in two phases, the group stage will be featured on day 1, while Day 2 will have the playoffs. There are 16 teams participating in the competition, and these teams are divided into four groups. The teams will compete against the other three with a Best of three formats and the top four teams will reserve their playoffs tickets.
Playoffs- The playoff matches will also be played on Best of three format which will include a double bracket elimination.
