This is the first time in the PUBG Mobile tournaments history that only 12 teams will be taking part and battle for a massive prize pool of $1,000,000.
PMWI Afterparty Showdown 2022 participating teams-
The Afterparty Showdown will present a total of 12 teams, including five who qualified directly forom the Main Event. The remaining teams are selected through a fan vote across the Americas, Southeast Asia, MENA, South Asia and Europe. The winner of the BMSD (Battleground Mobile Showdown) 2022 7Sea Esports will also be taking part in the competition, while R8 Esports, from the host country Saudi Arabia got the special invitation for the tournament.

PMWI Afterparty Showdown 2022 date and Format-
The PMWI Afterparty Showdown will kick off on 18 August and will be concluded on 20th August. The six matches will be played over three days, which means each team will play a total of 18 matches.
